Maintenance Tips
  • Clean After Each Use – Remove metal debris, dust, and hydraulic fluid residues to prevent corrosion and ensure smooth operation.
  • Lubricate Moving Components – Apply light oil to ram, pivot points, and linkages to reduce friction and wear.
  • Inspect Hydraulic System – Check hoses, fittings, cylinders, and seals for leaks or damage; maintain proper hydraulic fluid levels.
  • Check Alignment & Fasteners – Ensure ram and bed alignment; tighten bolts and mounting hardware to prevent misalignment under heavy loads.
  • Monitor Material & Load Limits – Never exceed the 110-ton rated capacity to protect the press and ensure safety.
  • Prevent Rust & Corrosion – Store in a dry, covered area; apply anti-corrosion spray on exposed metal surfaces.
  • Test Pressure & Movement Regularly – Verify smooth ram operation and consistent pressure before heavy-duty pressing tasks.
