Equipex FC-33 Sodir-Roller Grill Compact Convection/Broiler Oven

The Equipex FC-33 convection/broiler oven is convenient for applications calling for finishing and baking, thus providing two capabilities in one unit. This is useful when counter space is limited. It is easy to operate in either mode: the change of mode is achieved with a simple switch. The rear mounted fan and heater assembly creates true convection cooking. The unique airflow ensures quick and uniform baking. The FC-33 is thermostatically controlled up to 450 F. There are two quartz heating elements overhead for melting and browning. The construction of the unit is stainless steel, inside and out, for longevity and an easy-to-clean, compact footprint.
